A unique project, this newly fabricated panel was a replacement flat roof insert for a gas-fired glow panel in a continuous belt furnace. This panel uses gas-permeable bricks, which have a limited number of suppliers globally. Our supplier noticed the producers were stopping production of these unique bricks, so in consultation with our supplier and the customer, it was decided to prepare a spare panel, to bridge this supply gap. 

The customer had a new panel fabricated using a local steel fabricator, following this we installed the brickwork. These bricks have a very unique installation method, and our workers have had previous experience installing them.
